“ We came in on Easter Sunday... place was clean, employees were very attentive, food was hot and served quickly, you can tell employees were happy to be there.... By the way the spicy chicken burgers .....fire! ”
“ KFC is KFC. While I love their new chicken sandwiches (best in town IMHO), what sets this location apart from any fast food place (and most restaurants) is the employees. We showed up at 10:04 pm not realizing they closed at 10 pm. The drive-through girl said, "No problem. We still have some stuff out, but it may take a little longer than usual because we have to pull some things out for you." I was so blown away by a fast-food employee treating us this way. She was super friendly when I pulled up and gave us piping hot delicious food. I hadn't been to a KFC in probably 4 years, but after that great experience, we went back a couple of weeks later. We got a different drive-through girl, but equally as friendly. She even asked if we wanted something for dessert like a cookie. When was the last time someone did that? While we declined, I appreciate the effort for the business (coming from a food service background). The car in front of us took a little long, but the girl at the window was apologetic and explained they ran out of cooked fries and that's why it took some time. She was super friendly and just made me appreciate how lucky this KFC is to have such great employees. I suggest the owners give them a bonus to show how much you appreciate them. It is rare to have people like this working for you today. Well done girls!! ”
